We believe in the power of storytelling to create real connection and change. Partnering with the Ladybird Care Foundation, a charity dedicated to providing bereavement care, was an opportunity to share a life changing message. With their mission to support grieving families through mentorship from those who have walked a similar path, we worked to amplify their message of healing and hope.

Our challenge; to create a 33 second promotional video that clearly displays Ladybird’s message of support and healing, so that every bereaved parent watching could see an opportunity for hope amidst devastation. The video we would come to create would be played in front of an audience at Suncorp Stadium, where it needed to capture attention and stir raw emotions amid the chaos of a Broncos game.

We worked closely with the team gaining a deep understanding of the emotions they sought to convey. This meant listening to real stories of resilience and healing, which enabled us to have a deeper connection to the project and in turn treat every frame with sincerity and care.

This project remains an example of what’s possible when creativity and compassion come together. At Akta, we’re honored to have played a role in sharing Ladybird’s message of hope and healing with the world.
